Terms of Use
Effective October 20, 2026 · Sizze Inc.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Sizze Inc. (“we”) about the Twitdget app and its servers. By using Twitdget you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Twitdget. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your X account
- You connect your own X account and allow Twitdget to publish on it. Twitdget publishes only the posts you schedule, at the time you choose, plus a repost when you turn that on.
- You are responsible for everything you post with Twitdget and for following X’s Terms and the X Rules.
- You can disconnect X or delete your Twitdget account and data in Settings at any time.
Posting depends on X
Twitdget publishes through the X API, which X runs and can change, limit or turn off. A post can be delayed or fail, for example when X is down, rate limits your account, rejects the content or your access was revoked. When that happens Twitdget shows the error and lets you retry. We are not responsible for X, its availability or its decisions about your account.
AI writing help
AI suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong, off tone or similar to text written by others. Read every suggestion before you post it. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
Subscriptions
- Some features need Twitdget Pro, sold as monthly and yearly subscriptions through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Twitdget Settings → Manage. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- We may apply fair use limits, such as a daily number of AI requests.
Things you must not do
- Use Twitdget for spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement or posting the same content again and again.
- Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Use someone else’s X account without permission.
- Abuse Twitdget with bots or automated requests, or try to break into it, reverse engineer it or disrupt it.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.
Your content
Your posts and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and send them to X and, when you use AI features, to our AI provider, only as needed to run Twitdget for you.
Changes and ending
We may change, pause or remove features at any time. You can stop using Twitdget and delete your account whenever you like. Posts already published stay on X.
Disclaimer and liability
Twitdget is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Sizze Inc. is not liable for posts that were delayed, failed or published as you scheduled them, for actions X takes on your account, for AI suggestions, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Twitdget in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple
These Terms are between you and Sizze Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Twitdget, its content, maintenance or support, or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will update this page and the date above. Using Twitdget after a change means you accept the new Terms.
