Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026 · Sizze Inc.
In short: Twitdget connects to your X account so it can publish the posts you schedule. We keep only what that needs: your X account basics, the access X gives us to post for you, your scheduled posts with their photos, and your settings. We do not show ads, we do not track you across other apps and websites, and we do not sell your data.
You can delete your account and data from the active service at any time in Settings → Delete account and data. Backup retention is explained below.
Who we are
Twitdget (“we”) is made by Sizze Inc. This policy explains what data the Twitdget iOS app and its servers collect, why, and what control you have. Questions: app@sizze.io. Using Twitdget is also covered by our Terms of Use.
What stays on your iPhone
- Drafts you have not scheduled yet. They are saved on your device only.
- The key that keeps you signed in, stored in the iOS Keychain.
- Photos you pick. Twitdget uses the system photo picker and sees only the photos you choose, not the rest of your library.
What we store on our servers
- Your X account: your X user ID, username, display name and a link to your profile photo, so the app can show who is connected.
- Access to post for you: when you sign in with X, X gives us an access token. We use it only to publish and repost the posts you schedule, to upload their photos, to read your profile basics and, when you use AI, to read your recent posts. We never read your direct messages.
- Your posts: the text of scheduled and sent posts and threads, polls, the time you chose, who can reply, the repost setting, the status of each post, its link on X and any error X returned.
- Photos and alt text you attach. We keep a photo until its post is published and then for 30 days, so your queue can show a preview. Photos that never made it into a post are deleted after a day.
- Your settings, such as posting times and alerts, and a daily count of AI requests used to apply fair use limits.
- Server logs: our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, time and the address requested) for up to 15 days to keep the service secure and to fix problems.
AI writing help
When you ask Twitdget to improve a draft or write one from an idea, we send the draft or idea to Anthropic, which runs the Claude model, and return its suggestion to you. To match your style we also send your X display name and username and up to 25 recent posts, combining up to 20 posts read from X with posts you published through Twitdget. We keep the samples read from X with your account and refresh them when needed, at most once every 14 days. The app asks for your permission before the first AI request. You can reset this permission in Settings. Anthropic processes this data for us as a service provider and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models by default. Anthropic generally retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days, with exceptions for safety or legal obligations, as explained in its data retention policy. Nothing is sent to AI unless you use an AI feature.
Who we share data with
- X: your posts, photos and settings go to X when they are published. Content on X is covered by X’s Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic: for AI features only, as described above.
- DigitalOcean: our servers run in DigitalOcean data centers.
- Apple: subscriptions are bought and managed through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.
We do not sell or rent your data and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
What we do not collect
Twitdget has no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs and no third party login other than X. We do not ask for your email, phone number, contacts or location.
Notifications
Twitdget may ask to send notifications about your posts. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.
How long we keep data and how to delete it
- Delete account and data in the app’s Settings removes your account, queue, photos, AI samples and your X access token from the active service right away. Restricted backup copies may remain until they are replaced or removed; contact us if you need help with a deletion request.
- Disconnect X signs you out on this iPhone only. Your queue stays and keeps posting.
- You can also cut off Twitdget at any time on X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps.
- Posts already published stay on X. Delete them on X if you want them gone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. Write to app@sizze.io and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to our servers is limited to the people who run Twitdget. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
International transfers
Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. By using Twitdget your data may be processed in those countries, with the protections described in this policy.
Children
Twitdget is not meant for children under 13, and X itself requires users to be at least 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
